Since my early 20s, I’ve led at scale.
From managing one of the country’s busiest BNZ branches, building and running a 247 business remotely, founding and leading a national charity, and now working across governance and strategy.
Along the way, I’ve mentored leaders, business owners, and emerging professionals — supporting them through everything from performance conversations and giving feedback, to leading teams, chairing meetings, navigating conflict, and stepping into their own authority.
I keep my mentoring capacity intentionally small, offering focused support for a handful of aligned wāhine each year.
I always reserve a gifted space for one aspiring or emerging young wāhine Māori leader. I consider this my energy investment into the leadership of tomorrow.
For others, mentoring is available through sponsorship or private arrangement, with rates and structure discussed based on fit and capacity.
